About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any products or programs offered by Leah Blomfield (trading as Leah Blomfield Coaching), a business based in New Zealand. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or program, you agree to these terms.
Products and programs
Leah Blomfield offers digital products (including the Trauma in the Body workshop and free guides) and a coaching container (HEARTBEAT Mastermind). All offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified health professional.
Payment and access
Payment for digital products is processed securely at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately. For the HEARTBEAT Mastermind, payment is billed monthly for the duration of the container as agreed at enrolment. By enrolling, you commit to the 12-month container term.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases (including the Trauma in the Body workshop) once access has been granted. For the HEARTBEAT Mastermind, monthly payments are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please reach out directly — we are committed to handling all situations with care and integrity.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including written copy, methodologies, frameworks (including the HEARTBEAT Framework, Body Compass™, The Blueprint™, Emotional Range™, and Character Code™), images, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Leah Blomfield. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law
